Question:

I'm shopping for a hitch for my 2023 Chevy Traverse. Is there a difference between the available options? They all seem to be about the same with some slight price variations. If you could help me decide what to get I would appreciate it.

The etrailer # e56YR and Curt # CU29FR, are very similar. The capacity and installation process is the same. However, one of these stands apart from the others. If I had to recommend one for your 2023 Traverse it would be the etrailer # e56YR.

The reason this I would choose this hitch is the matte black powder coat finish. This gives it that OEM look and allows it to blend in nicely with the bumper when the hitch panel is removed. It also does a better job hiding dirt and scratches when compared to the glossy finish found on the Curt hitch.
