Quickly and easily install a 7-way, RV-style trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. Connector plugs directly into existing tow connector on your truck - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located above the muffler on the driver's side. You will need to lower the muffler to access the wiring harness. After plugging in the connector, route the 7-way end of the harness along the inside of your bumper toward the center of your vehicle.
Once installation is complete, the 7-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plug on your automobile and the 7-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

The electrical adapter was easy, the bracket holes did not match the7-way adapter. The description of the bracket said”7-way, not even close.

Exactly the right cable length to go from the factory plug to the hitch area. Smoothly and firmly connected into the factory plug.

Overall the purchase experience was good online, however the package was poor at best. The hitch was placed in a box with nothing protecting the mounting brackets of the hitch so they pierced out of the box and caused damage to the hitch. Packaging should have been better.
Fit to existing wiring. Had to modify mounting bracket to fit my car.

It was literally Plug and Play couldn't get easier
The videos you have online were great help and really helped in my decision to install the hitch on my 2021 Buick Enclave. The only real problem I had was deciding how to attach the power connection. I purchased the no drill kit and it would have worked fine if I didn't want to use the cover plate when we are not pulling anything. I installed the 7-way connector adapter using one of the mounting brackets. Unfortunately, the holes in the mounting bracket did not line up with the actual plug so I had to drill so extra holes in the bracket to make it work correctly. I am not sure if I just purchased the wrong bracket or what. But, it would be nice if the bracket was included with the wiring harness and what the best mounting position would be. The only other major problem I had was even after adjusting and mounting the bracket on the bottom of the hitch, the Buick hitch cover did not actually fit perfect because the hitch itself was just slightly too big. I did get the cover on but had to really play with it to get it in place.
Overall, I am happy with how the product looks and hopefully in 2 weeks when I pull the boat up to the lake everything will go well!!
Does the job, though the cord was too short to mount this in the dedicated spot on my 2022 Traverse (which is about a foot to the right of the hitch receiver)
