This custom-fit Class III hitch gives you a sturdy 2" x 2" receiver opening that’s ready for a variety of uses. It’s rated for up to 5,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 750 lbs tongue weight, so it can handle towing small campers, boats, and utility trailers or carrying bike racks and cargo carriers. It’s built with precision robotic welding that maximizes strength and ensures a solid fit.
The hitch’s steel construction is coated in a matte black powder finish over a protective base coat for superior rust resistance. The finish has a rugged, carbide-like look that hides dirt, scuffs, and dings better than glossy coatings. It’s a tough setup that keeps its clean appearance even after regular use on the road.

This hitch bolts directly to the frame using the included hardware kit—no welding or drilling required. It’s designed for straightforward DIY installation with standard tools, so you can get it done in your driveway without special equipment. The concealed cross tube keeps the finished look neat once installed.
You can pair the 2" receiver with ball mounts, bike racks, or cargo carriers depending on what you’re doing that weekend. The square-tube design keeps everything stable while towing or hauling gear. Whether you’re hooking up a trailer or adding storage space, this hitch gives your vehicle the versatility to handle it safely and confidently.

Rock Solid. Would recommend [and have recommended] eTrailer parts multiple times since my original purchase.

I can see from the pictures where it was not flush and what I think has happened here is that the side brackets were flexed out of alignment. It is not uncommon for this to happen when the hitches are shipped to us or to you. I do have a FAQ that can help with the installation.
