Question:

On the diagram for tandem 7k axles and the 26 5/8” slipper springs is it all correct as it is. With spring open ends facing towards the front of the trailer. So a person could use all this information and measurements shown to assemble ?

With the 26-5/8 inch long leaf spring part # e74SR you referenced and the hanger kit part # APT6SE you also mentioned the dimensions in the chart you referenced would be correct to use. The distance between the front and center hanger should be 28-1/2 inches, distance between center and rear hanger 29-1/2 inches, and the distance between axle centers 33 inches. This will then put the distance from the trailer frame to the axle center right at 4-1/2 inches.
