Slipper Spring Hanger Positioning for 7,000 lb Tandem Axle

I’m building a tandem with7k slipper spring axles . From eye to inside of slipper part is 26 3/4. How do I figure out location of hangers. I’ve never dealt with slipper springs before. I have a 12 inch equalizer.

The spring hanger placement is going to be determined by your axle spacing. For example, if your axles are spaced 33 inches apart, as shown in the attached diagram, a 7K axle slipper spring, like # e74SR, requires a distance of 28-1/2 inches between the front and center hangers and 29-1/2 inches between the center and rear hangers, when using our Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs with 12" Long Equalizers, # APT6SE.
I'm not sure exactly where you measured the 26-3/4 dimension of your spring, but I've also included a diagram to show you the typical slipper spring dimensions we take into account. For spring # e74SR, the "B" dimension of 22-3/4 inches is the distance required between the first hanger and the mounting point on the equalizer. The "C" dimension of 26-5/8 inches is the distance from the center of the eye to the end of the slipper.

I am confused with the hanger drawing. It shows dims that do not line up with the description. Dim c shows CL of hanger, yet description states dim between ubolts. Dim B shows distance between axles, but states distance between hangers?
