Which Curt Trailer Hitches Fit a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon

I was wondering if both the Curt #13408 and #13430 will fit on the 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I have seen some references on line to the #13408 as excluding Unlimited. I was not aware of a difference in the hole pattern between the regular and unlimited versions of the TJ.

Curt trailer hitch # 13430 will fit on the 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I spoke with my contact at Curt and he stated that there is no exclusion for hitch # 13408 either so it, too, will fit the Unlimited models. I have included links to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation of hitch # 13430 for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring, if needed, use # 118409. I have included links to the instructions and a video for the wiring as well.
