Can Tow Hook be Reinstalled on 2202 Jeep TJ with Curt Trailer Hitch Installed

Are you able to re-install the tow hook?

The tow hook on your 2002 Jeep TJ can't be able to reinstalled with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13408. These use the same mounting locations and the hardware is only able to accommodate one of them.
Attached is a video showing us perform the installation on a 2005 Wrangler where it has the tow hook.
