How difficult is it to trim the facia panel ? The vehicle is brand new and I am uncomfortable cutting out the panel Also nee the wiring harness I think it is a plug and play setup but not sure

Hey Steve! The area you have to trim to install the Curt # C69RJ isn't too big or complicated so it should be pretty simple. See the attached photo. It comes with a diagram to help guide you and I would use a Dremel to make the cut. If you aren't comfortable doing this yourself we do have an installer locator which I attached further down on this page. Enter your zip code and it will give you a list of local dealers.
The plug and play wiring harness is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C96RJ which is available for pre-order right now. If you have an immediate need for wiring you can use a universal harness like the # C59496 which splices in instead. Both will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer lights. If you need a ball mount, check out the etrailer # e66PR.
