Question:
I have a 2022 Subaru Forester Touring and am looking for a hitch to haul bikes. Do you have one that does not require ANY cutting?

Yes, The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13409 do not require any cutting. The access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, the exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation, and the heat shield must be permanently removed for the hitch installation. The underbody panel will need to be removed and reattached.
The trailer hitch has a bolt-on installation. It has a gloss black powder coat finish which is over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance.
The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 3,500 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 525 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find the proper towing capacity of your vehicle.
The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR will work well with the hitch listed above. The bike rack can carry up to 4 bikes weight up to 35 pounds per bike. It has a tilting mast that allows an easy access to your vehicle's rear cargo area. It also has a built-in anti rattle bolt that secures the rack to your hitch and reduces vibration and noise. The bike rack is constructed of a high-strength aluminum and steel.
The Snug-Tite hitch accessory # THSTL2 (sold separately) will lock the carrier to the hitch.
I attached an installation and review video link below.
