Hello Len, thanks for reaching out. You are on the right track. The Trailer Mate Trailer Hitch Receiver # TMT47FR will indeed fit the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid. It has a 300 lb tongue weight capacity so that'll work great for a bike rack and a few bikes. It installs with no drilling or bumper trimming.
What kind of bikes and rack do you have?

My wife and I have Trek bikes. They are both pretty lite. The only concern I have, is that my Forester is a lease. I know you said no drilling is required, but in the install video the guy does use a drill to enlarge the one hole on both sides to get the bolts in. Is that 100% necessary? The rack I have is the Swagman XTC2 TILT Hitch Mount Bike Rack
