The Buyers Products 2 inch Hitch Receiver # 3371801102 is confirmed to fit your 2021 Chevrolet Express Cutaway 3500.
The trailer hitch will have to be drilled onto your vehicle and the mounting hardware is included. The hitch has a black powder coat finish which will help reduce rust from the elements.
The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 12,000 pounds with a maximum tongue weight up to 1,200 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity for your vehicle.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118392 will give you a 4-flat connector which will make it to where your trailer's stop, turn and taillights will mirror your vehicle's stop, turn and taillights.
The custom-fit T-One Connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side interior trim panels in your rear cargo area.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease # 11755 on all electrical connections included the 4-pole connector to help prevent corrosion.
The Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554 includes an 8-1/4 inch long, powder coated ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball; hitch pin and clip; hitch receiver lock with keys; hitch cover; and a storage case.
