I have a solution for you, but there is not a specific license plate and light relocation kit for the Yakima FourTimer Bike Rack.

You can use the Yakima PlateMate License Plate Holder for Bike Racks # Y02713 to relocate the license plate and the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 to provide visible lighting.

The Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 has LEDs in each strip that correspond with brake, turn, and running lights. They can be attached to the FourTimer bike rack using the 3M adhesive backing and will be powered by being plugged into your vehicles 4-way connector.

If your vehicle does not have a 4-way connector, please let me know the year/make/model of your vehicle and I can recommend the correct 4-way wiring harness for you.
