Question:

Can this be mounted on RV and BMW X1? E-bike weighs 60lbs. 2004 Big Foot RV is the preference for mounting the rack.

The Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Tailgate Storage System # LC97HD is designed to be mounted on the bumper support arms of an RV so you can possibly install it on the 2004 Big Foot RV but it won't be compatible with your BMW X1.

This tray has a weight capacity of 150 lbs for a bike rack so you'll be okay to load up your 60 lb e-bike, just be sure to secure it well since this doesn't have traditional cradles, hooks, or straps to secure the bike. Since this is just a tray you can essentially fit any bike onto it, it just won't be a custom fit so you'll have to figure out how to secure your bike on your end.

For a bike rack that is compatible with both a motorhome and a trailer hitch on your BMW X1 and is strong enough for your e-bike I recommend checking out the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR.
