Question:

Is there any cutting required of my bumper? on a ford 2021 escape the video showing a different product being installed . I have seen a few cars like mine that have had to cut out a little square in there bumper .

To install the etrailer brand # e89YR Class III hitch on your 2021 Ford Escape, you will NOT need to trim the bumper fascia, as you can see in the provided photo and video showing the identical Curt hitch being installed on a 2021 Ford Escape like yours.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # TE54FR, a ball mount like # D-28 along with a # PC3 hitch pin and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
