Question:

I am looking for a simple install hitch for my 2022 escape PHEV and because it didnt seem clearly labeled I was wondering what hitches, if any, were compatible with the PHEV? Thanks!

Hello James, thanks for reaching out. We offer just one hitch for the 2022 Ford Escape PHEV, the EcoHitch Class 3 Trailer Hitch # EH43SR. This hitch is on the more difficult side as far as install difficulty though. Installation will require temporary removal of the rear bumper, permanent removal of the bumper impact structure, and trimming of the bumper fascia. Usually for this kind of hitch I recommend having it installed professionally. If you want to try it yourself, I would set aside around 2-3 hours to complete everything.
