Helpful Expert Reply:
For air bags that fit your 2006 Ford F-350 with a B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1108, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2398. These air bags are specifically designed to fit with an in-bed hitch. They have a load leveling capacity of 5,000 lbs and will help keep you level while towing or hauling.
These air bags feature four layers of reinforced rubber, a braided wire girdle with a double-convoluted shape, and a rolled crimp seal to keep them securely anchored. The air springs also come with a limited lifetime warranty. The # F2398 is designed to fit the 2WD. If you have a 4WD truck then you will need the # F2400 instead.
I also recommend adding an air compressor like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25854. This will allow you to adjust the air pressure on your air bags no matter where you are. It is a dual path system so both air bags will stay at the same pressure.
I have attached some installation videos for your reference.
