What Firestone Air Bag Kit and Spacer do I Need for My 2022 F-350 with the Tremor Package?

Updated 05/19/2026 | Published 03/15/2026

Question:

Im looking at getting the Firestone F44XV kit for my 2022 F350 with tremor package. Some comments suggest that it works but the tremor has a 2inch lift front and rear over a standard superduty, so I want to be sure to get the right kit.

Hello Matt,

I was seeing some mixed information on this as well, so I reached out directly to my contact at Firestone to confirm.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags w/ Easy Mount Compressor - Wireless Control - Single Path - 5,000 lbs # F44XV will fit your 2022 F-350 with the Tremor package. Depending on your truck’s setup, you may also need a spacer.

To determine the correct spacer, you will want to measure the distance between the upper and lower mounting brackets at normal ride height. The amount of lift does not directly determine the spacer size. I’ve included an image to show exactly how to measure.

6.5" - 7.5" distance between brackets - use 1.25" lift spacer # F2536

7.5" - 8.5" distance between brackets - use 2" lift spacer # F2366

8.5" - 9.5" distance between brackets - use 3" lift spacer # F2367

9.5" - 10.5" distance between brackets - use 4" lift spacer # F2370

Once you have that measurement, it will clearly point you to the correct spacer. If you want to send it over, I’d be happy to double check it for you.

What are you hauling around that you need the extra support? Work trailer, fun family camper?

Hi Kate, I measured from the frame where the bump stop is now to the bump stop bracket under it (beside leaf springs and sits above axle). And it's right around 8". Currently towing a toy hauler with tongue wgt. of 1040lbs, but also move my neighbor's camper twice a year with tongue wgt. of 1400lbs. Future plans for fifth wheel with pin wgt. around 3000+lbs. When I tow my neighbors camper now my truck sits within .5" of touching overload springs.

@Matt In that case you will want the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 2" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2366. Air bags are a great choice for you, especially since you have a 5th wheel in your future, super exciting!

@KateF What if I want to go with the dual-path airline setup? I did not readily see the kit with that option listed.

@Matt The # F44XV kit I mentioned earlier comes with Firestone's wireless single-path compressor system, so both air bags inflate and deflate together. If you'd rather have a dual-path setup so you can adjust each air bag independently for side-to-side leveling, I would instead go with the standard Ride-Rite kit and pair it with a separate dual-path compressor system. For the air bags, you'd want the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV. Then for the compressor system, I recommend the Firestone Air Command Dual-Path Compressor System # F99VV. You would still want to use the same spacer measurement method I mentioned earlier to determine whether your Tremor package needs a spacer. The dual-path setup is usually the better way to go if you carry uneven loads, run a slide-in camper, or just want a little more control over side-to-side leveling.
