Hi, I have a 2010 E350 Ford van that needs a rear sway bar. I noticed you offer 2 types part # RM-1139-198 and RM-1139-117. What is the difference between the 2? Thanks

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-198 is designed to specifically fit emergency vehicles that have chains mounted on the rear axle.

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-117 is designed to fit a 2010 Ford E-350 cutaway for a motor home.

If your E-350 is the standard work style van you will need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-178.

@Chris Hello Chris, Yes, the rear anti-sway bar will work with your 2010 Ford E-350 with the Quigley 4x4 conversion. The conversion does modify the front end, but the rear remains unchanged, so fitment isn't an issue. Be sure to choose the correct model number from Bud's detailed response. Were you also looking to add a front sway bar?
