I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-178 for your 2010 Ford E-350 van. This works as long as your E-350 doesn't use auto chains, and it will be an upgrade to the current anti-sway bar on your vehicle.
If you're talking about an anti-sway setup for the trailer, I'll just need to know what ball mount style system you're using at the moment in order to recommend something.
