Few things throw off confidence like feeling the rear end sway through a curve. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar ties the frame and axle together using a thick 1-5/8" diameter 4140 chromoly steel bar that’s built to resist twist. That stiffness keeps the vehicle level and composed during sharp turns or quick lane changes. The result is a noticeable drop in lean and a ride that stays flat and predictable.
Crosswinds and passing semis don’t have to keep you fighting the wheel. This system braces the chassis against the weight shifts that cause side-to-side motion. By balancing weight transfer between the frame and rear axle, it stops the “tail-wagging” effect that wears you out on long highway stretches. You’ll notice steadier tracking and less correction in gusty or uneven conditions.
Instead of the soft rubber found in factory setups, this bar uses polyurethane bushings that resist oil, gasoline, and ozone. They don’t squish or deform easily, so the bar stays tight and responsive over time. Less give in the system means more direct control and a setup that maintains its feel after miles of use.
The sway bar attaches to the rear axle and frame using heavy-gauge mounting hardware, so there’s no drilling into your chassis. Each kit includes the hardware, lubricant for the bushings, and clear instructions for a straightforward install. This is a complete game changer when using a truck camper Mine is an Arctic Fox 990. I would list this under a must have accessory when using a truck camper. Unloaded ride when you hit off camber bumps is slightly rougher, but hey its a Ram 3500 dually for hauling heavy stuff. Also the performance when carving twisty canyons with an empty truck is astonishing....Watch out Corvetts, here I come!

I have taken a few trips with the Clatter Cabin now. It’s been enjoyable to drive. Since then I have replaced the exhaust from the engine back with 2 12 inch pipe. I was able to get the pre bent exhaust parts over the axle and clear your rear sway bar nicely. Now she purrrrs!

After a year and many miles I would give it a five star for sure. Made a great improvement over the stock anti-sway bar. With the rear and front RoadMaster anti-sway along with the RoadMaster steering stabilizer the E-450 33 foot class C motorhome drives like a dream. I highly recommend these three products. If not all at once then this order, 1st rear anti sway bar then 2nd front and then the steering stabilizer with the spring on it.

Fantastic! I cannot believe the improvement in the handling of our 23 ft RV in windy conditions since we upgraded our front and rear sway bars.
