Need help ing a Rear Sway Bar. 1998 Ford E350 long. Its for a former Ambulance with lots of weight on top.

Hello Leif, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a rear sway bar for your 2998 Ford E350. I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # RM-1139-117. Just note that this sway bar will not fit vehicles with auto chains. Vehicles with automatic chains will use # RM-1139-198 instead.
