Will Roadmaster End Link Kit 590067-00 work to Replace 11.5 Inch End Links on 2005 Ford F250
Updated 09/23/2019 | Published 09/20/2019 >
Question:
I have an 05 f250 xl 6.0 4wd on an 8in suspension with 37” mud terrains. My current sway bar end links measure just over 11.5” would the extra half an inch not allow for installation because they look identical and doesn’t seem like that big of a difference in total length?

Thank you for the photo!
It appears your truck may actually have an 8 inch body lift which means your suspension remains at the original height.
The Extended End Link kit # 590067-00 you referenced is designed for a 2000 F350 with a 4 inch lift. Roadmaster doesn't make a kit for trucks with an 8 inch suspension lift which would require much longer end links.
However, I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster and confirmed you should be able to install # 590067-00 on your 2005 F250 (single rear wheels) if your original end links are only about a half inch shorter than these.
