I have a much smaller kid's bike with only 13" of clearance between steering column and seat post. Trying to fit it onto a Yakima Fullback 2. Are there any really small bike frame adapters?

@Devon the shortest we have is the # HRBA-PRO which only goes down to 15-1/2". Are you able to turn the bike rack and get it through the frame below the seat post? You might have to mount it at a funny angle to get it on there unless you can find a shorter adapter.
