What are the Dimensions for the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, # Y02531

Question:
This telescopes from what dimensions and what is the inner diameter of the loop. My bike has 21 between the seat post and handlebar post and I want to be able to fit it between these posts. It looks like it telescopes - how small can it get? Thanks

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Yakima Tube Top Adapter Bar, # Y02531. When measured from the inside of the clamp on one end to the inside clamp on the other end, the shortest length is 14-1/2 inches. The longest inside dimension with the bar pulled all the way out measured 30 inches. Overall length, with the bar collapsed is 23-3/4 inches, fully extended it is 31-1/2 inches long.
The 2 clamps are different sizes. The internal dimensions of the smaller one are 1-1/2 inches wide by 3-3/4 inches long. The larger one is 2-1/8 inches wide by 4-1/4 inches long. I have included a link to the installation details and a video review of the adpater bar for you to view.
