Question:
Hello - I own the Thule Apex 4 Bike 9025. I have 2 smaller 20inch bikes. I need an adapter to get them to fit on rack. What product is that. Thank you.

It sounds like you need a frame adapter bar, like part # 64005. The adapter bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post tube. Once in place, the bar offers a more level mounting surface for the bike rack, that will allow the bike to be carried so it's more level, providing more ground clearance.
The adapter bars come in handy for carry women's bikes with out top tubes, or for bikes with top tubes that are too short or sharply angled to be easily carried on a bike rack. I'll link you to a product demonstration video that shows how the adapter bar works.
