Will this anti sway bar work with the Torklift hitch and Airlfit 7500xL airbags installed? The customer service at Hellwig says their anti sway bars would require modification of the super lift hitch.

We don't carry Hellwig products so I can't speak for them, but the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM73FR will not interfere with your Torklift Super Hitch Magnum 30k D1111-30 or the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57531 on your 2021 Ram 3500.
