Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13427 does fit your 2022 Hyundai Palisade. This hitch is a class III trailer hitch and has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000lbs.
To complete a towing setup, you'll need wiring # CU94FR, and a ball mount # C45030.
Additionally, you may also need a hitch pin and clip # C21510, and a ball for the ball mount. I recommend the Convert-A-Ball # 902B that has a 1-7/8" ball, a 2" ball, and a 2-5/16" ball.
