Recommended Wheel for ST255/85R16 Spare Tire

Question:
I am looking for a rim for the spare for my 5th wheel. The tire size is ST255/85R16. It is 8 x 6 1/2. Will the Taskmaster Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 16inch x 6inch Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - Black Item # TA65VR be a proper rim for this tire?

A tire like the Goodyear Endurance ST255/85R16 requires a wheel that is at least 6-1/2" wide. This means that you will not be able to use the # TA65VR for your spare tire since it is only 16" x 6".
Instead, I recommend the Taskmaster Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel # AX02665865HDBML. This wheel is black with the same 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and measures 16" x 6-1/2" so it will fit your ST255/85R16 tire. Although it is a spare, I would check to see what wheels you currently have so the sizes all match up. Your tire can fit a 16" x 6-1/2", 7", 7-1/2" or 8" rim.
