We do have an option that would work for you, but it will take a bit of finagling to make it work for you.

The turn signals on a trailer are combined on the same circuit as the brake lamps, so you'll need to use a vehicle to vehicle taillight converter like # 118158 to separate out the brake lamp signals so your side mounted directional/marker lamp doesn't illuminate with the brake pedal.

For lamps, I'd recommend the # ST75AB. Because the converter isn't compatible with LED lamps, you'll need to use an incandescent lamp. You'll also need one # a70gb grommet per lamp, one # BK70BB mounting bracket and one # A45PB wiring pigtail per lamp.

You'll wire the # 118158 by tapping the inputs into the right and left turn circuits upstream from the # ST75AB lamps. The green output powers the passenger turn signal which will be the red wire on the # A45PB pigtail. The yellow output wire will power the driver side turn signal, which will also be the red wire on the pigtail. The running lamp circuit which is usually the brown wire will bypass the converter. The black wire on each pigtail will tap into the running lamp circuit. The red output wire on the # 118158 converter carries the brake lamp signal, which you won't need.
