What is the recommended torque for carrier to tongue bolts/nuts?

I checked with my contact over at Demco and they say that the 1/2" bolts on the Demco Spare Tire Carrier for up to 4" Trailer Tongue - Silver # DM15851-52 should be torqued to 75-ft/lbs.
