The only spare tire carrier I can suggest for you is the Demco Spare Tire Carrier # DM15851-52. While this carrier is designed to fit frames up to 4" tall, you can source longer bolts to be able to attach it to your 8" tall frame.
The Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 will only fit frames up to 3" wide and 4" tall.
