Can Demco Spare Tire Carrier be Installed on Inside of Enclosed Trailer

I want to mount this unit inside my enclosed trailer and bolt through the floor. I dont see any measurements in the specifications. So with the DM15851-52 standing on the floor, and the tire standing upright will the lug bolts still go through the wheel. Or is this unit designed for for part of the tire to hang below the mount base? What would measurement be from bottom lug bolt the the base?

From the floor to the middle of the mounting bracket for the Demco Spare Tire Carrier for up to 4" Trailer Tongue - Silver # DM15851-52 (also available in Black as # DM15851-76) it measures 13-3/4". Ideally the middle of your wheel will be about in the middle of this bracket so you can use this as a gauge as to whether or not your tire will mount to this in the floor of your trailer.
Usually on a spare tire mount the tire will hang below the mounting bracket a little bit but if you have a smaller wheel/tire combo then this might work out for you.
Another option you might be interested in is the Rack'em Spare Tire Rack for Enclosed Trailers # RA-16. This allows you to hang your spare tire (and other equipment) up off of the floor if you have a larger tire.
