Expert Reply:
It is very likely the fuse if you are not getting the 12 volt auxiliary power at the 7-way of your 2020 Ram 3500, so you'll want to check your owner's manual to see where that fuse is located or your local Ram dealer can tell you.
If it's not the fuse then it is going to be your 7-way connector so you'll want to use Circuit Tester # PTW2979 to check the 12 volt wire going into the 7-way connector at the plug, and behind where the 7-way plugs into the factory wiring. If there is no power getting to the plug then it is on the truck side and your Ram dealer will need to take a look.
If there is power going through the plug but not at the connector you will need to replace it with the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket, Chrysler/Dodge OEM Plug Adapter # HM40975-11933.
