I need truck camper tie downs for a 2024 Ram 3500, crew cab, 8 bed, and wheel to wheel running boards. Do the running boards dictate model? I assume the ones I used on my 2002 2500 Ram will not work.

Hello Ken, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are on the right track here because the type of running boards on your truck do dictate which tie downs to use. You are also correct that you will not be able to use the tie downs from your old 2002 Ram.
Just to confirm, your running boards are not the electric/retractable factory steps, correct? If yes, the correct TorkLift Tie Downs for your 2024 Ram 3500 Crew Cab Long Bed are the following:
- TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL66PR
Turnbuckles are sold separately, and for that I recommend the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK.
A few things to keep in mind. Some drilling will be required for installation. You will also have to remove and reassemble the parking brake cable. If your truck is a dually, you may need the TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004. Measure from the front of the camper slide in point to the rear anchor point. If this distance is more that 90", the relocation kit will not be needed. Lastly, these tie downs will not fit if you have aftermarket Mopar rear-mounted kick out steps under the bumper.
