Can the Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs Be Used w/ a 2026 Ram 3500 Dually?

Question:

Can part HSAB be used on a 2026 Ram 3500 dually? Im trying to figure out a way to mount the FRONT mounts of my 2021 Lance 865 which is a short bed camper to my long bed truck. Center of gravity IS forward of the axle. I fabricated a spacer between the front of the camper and bulkhead of the bed. Just need to figure out a mount that will clear the fenders since the Lance 865 is only 86 inches wide. Thanks

What turnbuckles did you use previously with your 2021 Lance 865?

Hey Jerred, Thanks for the reply! I previously had the Lance mounted on a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 SRW short bed using the Happijack bed mount and Happijack Qwik-Load turnbuckles with the short turnbuckle up front. I assume these turnbuckles would still work on the dually using the Brophy mounts up front and the Happijack bumper mounts in the rear??? What's your thoughts on this? Thanks, John

@JohnB I was more wondering if the shorter turnbuckles would reach all the way now that you've got a long bed truck. I'm sure the back ones will be good but you may need to use some longer ones like the Replacement Rear Turnbuckle for HappiJac Qwik-Load Turnbuckle Set item # LC182896.

@JerredH Or a length of chain or a new threaded hook. I'll have to check when I receive the Brophy mounts. Thanks for your advice! John
