I have a great option for you as the Stinger Load Assist # MPG350 will not work with your rack as the SeaWing Kayak Carrier # MPG107MD that it works with uses a clamp on connection that will not fit the larger crossbars of your ladder rack.

For the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB that you have on your Silverado 2500HD I recommend the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898. This will fit into your T-track that you have on your ladder rack. Best of all you load the kayak onto the cradles while it is on the side of your vehicle. This allows you to also strap the kayak in place so that you do not have to climb in and out of your truck bed to secure it in place.

Yes, your Thule Ladder Rack # TH500XTB has 72" long cross bars and the Thule Hullavator # TH898 only takes up a maximum length of 28-1/2". So you will be able to load one Kayak on each side of your ladder rack.
