I do have a workaround for you but straight out of the box there are no locks for the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator.

The workaround is that the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XTB does come with a locking device for 2 of the legs (one for the front and one for the back) and since the clamps for these systems have the same dimensions you can just purchase extra clamps and the extra hardware to add locks to the TracONE.

You will need the following parts in addition to the TracONE # TH27000XTB:

Rail Clamp - # 8523159002 (Qty 2)
T-Slide Casting - # 8523164001 (Qty 2)
Socket Head Cap Screw - # 8523233001 (Qty 2)
Clamp Lock Housing - # 8523163001 (Qty 2)
One-Key Lock System - # TH450200 (Qty 1)

Use one of the newer clamps on both the front and back crossbar system and you now have locks! If you'd like to add a lock to each of the legs then you'll change the quantity of everything to 4 and then you'll use the One-Key Lock System # TH450400 instead which comes with 4 lock cylinders.
