What Seals Will be the Correct Replacements for an H-1000 Hub?

I have a home made tandem trailer, all the axle seals are throwing grease, the hub has H-1000 stamped on it, the seal OD is 2 9/16foot Dia and 1 3/4 foot Dia ID, the thickness of the seal is 1/2 , cant tell if its double lip but Im guessing double lip has better seal abilities , Ill need 4.

From what I could find, you have a Reliable™ Brand, H-1000 Series hub. This hub uses a SL-172 seal, which cross references to our # 58846 seal. This double lip seal will have an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and an outer diameter of 2.565 inches. This is also for 3,500 pound axles.
We also have the # 58846 as a 2 pack. This will be the # RG06-050 and two sets will get you back up and running.
