I would be happy to help you find the correct replacement hub for your Hammerblow H-1000, but you will need to determine which inner and outer bearings your spindle uses as I was unable to find any information on a specific replacement hub for you.
To determine which inner and outer bearing your spindle uses you will want to remove one of your current hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle according to the included diagram.
If you can email me the bearing numbers or spindle measurements I would be happy to recommend a replacement hub for you.
