Question:

My Curtis C99FR Hitch does not have drilled holes to mount the 7-way connector bracket included in the above kit. How do I mount this on my hitch? Also, can I use a sway bar with this hitch?

I did some research, and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C99FR does not include a mounting bracket, it is just the hitch. However, a great way to solve your problem would be a no drill solution like # C57202. This bracket will mount to your Curt Hitch using a clamp that can be tightened down using a flat blade screwdriver. Paired with an additional mounting bracket # C67UR for your actual 7-way connector should resolve this issue! About the sway bars, unfortunately your hitch is not rated for weight distribution.

However, Curt does make a hitch # C45CR that is a direct fit to your vehicle that has a weight distribution capacity of 8,000 pounds Gross Towing Weight, and 900 pounds tongue weight. That would allow the use of sway bars.
