Yes. The Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Adjustable Ball Mounts w/ 2" Receivers # 325-GH-0352 has 1-1/4" spaced holes on the shank the same as a standard weight distribution hitch, so it will be compatible with the Equal-i-zer # EQ37141ET weight distribution system. You'll also be able to use the # 325-GH-0352 with the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount with a Gen-Y Stacked Receiver.
I'll add that there is a system that has already been created as an all-in-one of the combination you're assembling. If you're interested, take a look at the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank - 2-1/2" Hitches - 7" Drop/Rise - 2,400 lbs TW # 325-GH-1302. This shank has a torsion system built in to absorb shock and is designed to work with weight distribution systems like the Equal-i-zer # EQ37141ET, and will fit in the 2-1/2" receiver on your 2017 Ford F-250.
