  The Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Adjustable Ball Mounts # 325-GH-0352 that you referenced is designed to fit the standard weight distribution heads found on nearly all weight distribution systems. Most of the time if there's an issue with a system that uses washers like yours it's because the front of the shank has a cut out section unlike this kit. So this SHOULD fit what you have but to be sure let me know what brand and model you have and I can give you a more concrete answer.

  The product weight of the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-1225 is 87 lbs. This hitch mount is awesome due to all the extra things you can use with it. It has 5 stacked 2" hitch receivers that can accommodate almost any hitch accessory.
