Can Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Ball Mounts Be Used with Standard WD Systems
The Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Adjustable Ball Mounts # 325-GH-0352 that you referenced is designed to fit the standard weight distribution heads found on nearly all weight distribution systems. Most of the time if there's an issue with a system that uses washers like yours it's because the front of the shank has a cut out section unlike this kit. So this SHOULD fit what you have but to be sure let me know what brand and model you have and I can give you a more concrete answer.

Dimensions of Weight Distribution Shank for Gen-Y Hitch Adjustable Ball Mounts
The overall length of the # 325-GH-0352 is 7.563". The distance from the hitch pin hole to the adjustment holes is 4.5" and all the way to the end past the holes is 5.5". I have attached the dimensional drawing below for your reference.

Does Gen-Y Have a Weight Distribution Shank Available?
I have a couple great solutions but placing a weight distribution system in a Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount part # 325-GH-304 is not the way to go. Instead you can in most cases attach your current weight distribution system to one of the following and eliminate the additional connection point and problems that arise from it. How Heavy is Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount?
The product weight of the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-1225 is 87 lbs. This hitch mount is awesome due to all the extra things you can use with it. It has 5 stacked 2" hitch receivers that can accommodate almost any hitch accessory. When you do use this though, I recommend picking up extra goodies like extra hitch pin locks # 34061650-D and anti-rattle clamps #GY88XR.
