Where is Tongue Weight Scale on Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount

The hitch I just bought does not have the tongue scale as advertised.

Hi Ben; if you're looking for a traditional gauge on the # GY79FR you aren't going to find one. The tongue weight scale is the red and green marking on the arms as seen in the picture below. The red section at the top indicates your max tongue weight of 3,500 lbs and the red at the bottom is for 0 lbs. You want the white marker to be in the green for the built-in shock absorption to function effectively (should be at least 2,000 lbs of tongue weight).
I wasn't able to find your order but if you got it through us and this is actually missing you can reach out to our customer service department to get a replacement.
