Question:

I wanted to know if this would be a good fit for my vehicle and trailer. I have a 2024 F-350 XL, standard cab, pickup truck and I have a 2020 Keystone Bullet Travel Trailer 210RUDWE, with a GVWR of 6,900 lbs. The trailer is 26foot long, dual axle and I want to have a reliable hitch to minimize the shock being transferred to the A frame of the trailer. I currently have an E2 WDH, spring bars but this is a new truck to me and Im concerned about the impact on the trailer from the truck. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hey William! Based on the specs of your trailer the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount # GY62NR is a good fit. This is designed for 400 lbs - 1,100 lbs of tongue weight. However, this will not work with a weight distribution hitch (WDH). Are you wanting to ditch the Fastway e2?

Assuming you want to keep it, you can use the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank # GY92NR. This has the same 400 - 1,100 lb range and will replace the shank on your WDH. This allows you to keep the weight distribution and anti-sway from the e2 while cutting down on the shock you were worried about.
