According to my contact over at Lippert, when you attempt to clamp down the HappiJac Qwik-Load Turnbuckle # LC182897 if the spring has spring or is weak the buckles will turn a lot easier than one that is fully operational. If you've got one that's closing a lot easier than the others then you've likely got a worn spring and you can replace the turnbuckle with the # LC182897. It should
