On this brake drum which includes nev r lube bearing, is it already pressed into hub? Thank you

For the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly, # 8-389-81UC3, with the cartridge style bearing, the parts are pre-fitted into the center of the hub so you will not have to do it.
