Question:
PROBLEM: HUB BEARING ON LEFT SIDE FRONT AXLE NEEDS REPLACED: I have a 2008 Holiday Rambler, Alumascape, Model 32SKT, 14,400 GVWR rated with dual axles, dealer literature mentions 6,000 lb axles and not sure what model # of my Dexter-Nev-R-Lub hub. I believe that I have a 12 inch diameter brake span. It took a 1 and 13/16 socket to remove the axle nut which was not the socket size recommended in some of your articles. So, I dont know for sure if I have the 30, 40, or 50 mm. axle nut. I found a few #s mentioned on back of axle brake hub... inside brake hub a sticker shows: E12E-1, Axletek 12-GG, CSA-SID-CAN3-313-M85, Date: 4/2007, Left Hand. Do you think the 42mm is the right size..problem being it is 5-1/2 in. spread on lugs and I have 6-1/2 spread..so 50mm? Maybe this one? Dexter Axle Trailer Bearings Races Seals Caps -Model 31-71-3 Bearings Standard Bearings 8000 lbs Axle 50 MM I.D. Dexter Axle Bearing 31-71-3 I found this somewhere available. Would this work? Dexter 008-402-81 rated @ 8k lbs I dont find this part # on your website and I found 4 of these at a good price. Thanks

From the pictures you sent in it looks like the inner diameter of your Nev-R-Lube bearing is about 2" which means you'd need the 50MM Nev-R-Lube Bearing for 8,000-lb Dexter Axles # 31-71-3. Aside from that you're basically just going to need to pull that bearing and measure the inside diameter to determine if the 50MM # 31-71-3, 42MM # 31-73-3, or 35MM # 31-72-3 bearing will best fit.
The part 008-402-81 that you referenced finding somewhere else looks to be a hub assembly for a disc brake setup from what I could find so it is definitely not what you're wanting.
If you're needing to replace the entire hub assembly then the part # 8-389-81UC3 would be the replacement you're looking for.
