I'm going to assume that you have the factory trailer hitch receiver on your 2021 Ford F-350 as most have this hitch (if not, please let me know), and in regards to fit, the best option for your '21 F-350 short bed is going to be from TorkLift, as these are custom-designed to be a no-drill installation.
TorkLift camper tie-downs are the best quality as well, not only because of their durable steel construction (the tie-downs do come with a lifetime warranty), but because they are designed specifically for your truck, they are able to more evenly distribute the weight of your camper which allows for much better overall handling of your F-350. The correct tie-downs from TorkLift for your truck are the following:
- Front: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLF2022
- Rear: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLF3008
You will also need compatible turnbuckles, and the most secure and easiest to use are the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9520-22-LK.
