These tie-downs bolt right to your truck’s frame using pre-existing holes, so there’s little to no drilling and no need to modify anything. The custom-fit design mounts tight to the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance. Because they’re frame-mounted, you get a more solid connection that keeps your camper stable without affecting how your truck drives.
By mounting directly to the frame, these tie-downs spread the camper’s weight evenly across the truck’s structure. That lowers the center of gravity and helps prevent sway or rocking in crosswinds. The result is a setup that feels secure and composed whether you’re on the highway or back roads.
When you’re not hauling your camper, you can pull the aluminum arms from the stainless steel receiver brackets, leaving behind hardware that’s barely visible under the truck. This keeps your truck looking clean while still being ready for the next trip.

The tie-down arms are made of rustproof aluminum, while the receiver brackets are stainless steel with a high-impact powder coat finish for extra protection. That combination gives you strong, corrosion-resistant hardware that stands up to rough weather and long miles on the road.
Each tie-down arm has two pin holes so you can choose how far it extends from the truck body. That lets you clear fenders or sidewalls and line up your turnbuckles (sold separately) at the right angle. Two anchor holes on each plate give you flexibility to find the best setup for your camper’s attachment points.

Sorry to hear that, Steve. I can't say I have heard of someone having to grind down the arms so they fit into brackets, so I'm surprised you had to. Was it more than just a build up of powder coat/paint? I will be contacting TorkLift so they will definitely be made aware.
